RUSSIA INSPIRATION is a nostalgic overview of life in the former Soviet Union.
It is a compilation of individual emotions inspiring photography which is based on
Robert Gruden’s “The Grace of Great Things Creativity and Innovation (1990)”.
Each image is introduced by laser die-cut silhouettes of items which give you a slight
hint of what image rests on the following page.

The photographies tell a story about the families Pauls and Sperling from 1970 to 1990
and where taken by different family members. The bookbinding was handmade by me.
